Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product, and no credit card is needed to begin.
Is the price per user?
No. Plans are priced per organization. Workshop includes up to 5 team members and Factory up to 50.
Do the plans have different features?
No. Every feature is in both plans. Factory adds unlimited active projects, more team members and priority support.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your account settings. Plans are billed monthly by card.
