Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AssembleFlow, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use AssembleFlow on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

2. Service Description

AssembleFlow is a project and Bill of Materials management platform for manufacturing and engineering firms.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • One organization per registration

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes
  • Do not attempt to access other organizations’ data
  • Do not share your login credentials

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AssembleFlow. We do not claim any rights over your project data. You give us permission to store and process that data only as needed to provide the service. You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your organization and its data.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

New accounts start with a free 14-day trial; no credit card is required. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices or plan limits for future billing periods, and we will give you notice by email before a change takes effect.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data; the app lets you download your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of parts lists, prices, quantities, purchase orders, quotations and other documents before you rely on or send them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssembleFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us at support@assembleflow.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
